1. Scope

This policy covers all digital products—e-books, PDFs, question banks, templates, video/audio files, or any other intangible items—purchased through Your Nursing Space on Shopify.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once your order is confirmed and the download link is provided.

3. Download Access & Responsibility

  • After checkout, a secure download link appears on-screen and is emailed to the address you supplied.

  • Please ensure the email you enter is correct and back up your files promptly.

  • If you encounter technical issues accessing your purchase, email support@yournursingspace.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order number plus a brief description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to re-supply the files.

4. Defective or Corrupted Files

If a file is corrupted or unreadable, contact support@yournursingspace.com within 7 days. After we verify the issue, we will resend a functioning copy at no extra cost.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid digital delivery violates this policy. We reserve the right to deny future purchases and report fraudulent disputes to payment processors and relevant authorities.

6. EU/UK “Right of Withdrawal” Waiver

If your jurisdiction grants a statutory cooling-off period for digital content (e.g., EU/UK), you expressly waive that right by completing your purchase and accessing the download, as permitted by applicable consumer law.
